Sadr calls for ending the quota system and the independence of the judiciary and the armed forces

called Sadrist leader Muqtada al - Sadr, on Monday, to preserve Iraq 's unity and territorial integrity and to reconsider some articles of the constitution, and demanded theprohibition of dictatorship and terror, including the Baath Party parties, as he emphasized the need to develop a comprehensive service - program to the concerned ministries and the allocation of adequate budget for its implementation, he stressed the need to abolish political quota system , taking into account the political balance.
Sadr said in a televised speech followed up «morning», if it is necessary to enact a law in which the dictatorship parties prohibit, led by the Baath party and the rest of theterrorist parties, calling for a comprehensive service - program of the ministries concerned and the relevant authorities, and the allocation of budget sufficient for theapplication of the service program that touches the lives of citizens during a specified period.

He stressed the cleric on the necessity of activating the role of dialogue in resolving all kinds of political and other problems and to maintain reason and logic before therealization of the arms, calling for support of the agricultural, industrial and tourism sector and the private sector, and encourage the Iraqi product and the exploitation of Iraqi manpower and create the conditions for it to enhance the resources of the state.
He said al- Sadr that the political blocs and the three presidencies demonstrated ignorance of what is going on , calling to encourage private investment through some of the privileges and facilities, and the allocation of each citizen 's share of oil revenues, and work to raise the level of education and keep it free and repair some of thecurriculum.

also called on the judiciary to pursue and prosecute corrupt elements from 2003 , and so far, stressing the independence of the judiciary and strengthen the Iraqi security forces and away from partisan and sectarian.
