BAGHDAD / News Network Iraq Cabinet approved on Tuesday a draft of the Supreme Judicial Council Act and forwarded to the Alnwab.oukal source familiar: " The Council of Ministers approved in its meeting held today under the chairmanship of its President Haydar al - Abadi to theassignment of the Supreme Judicial Council Act to the House House of Representatives based on the provisions of articles 61 and 80 first item the second clause of the Constitution . "He added thesource, that" the Council of Ministers stipulated that taking into consideration the opinion of theGeneral Secretariat of the Council of Ministers ".ccant Federal Supreme Court decided in 2013 setaside the Supreme Judicial Council , the law of the separation of the Council Federal Court.
