[rtl]BAGHDAD / Baghdadi News / ... described the parliamentary finance committee member Ahmed Sarhan, on Tuesday, the terms of the International Monetary Fund for lending to Iraq as "arbitrary", while pointing to Iraq's refusal to those conditions.
