Attributed to the economic and investment commission in Parliament, on Thursday, the failure of the strategic plan for poverty alleviation to the lack of financial allocations because of the budget deficit and stop projects.
Said committee member Najiba Najib told / information / "The strategic plan for poverty alleviation and faced many obstacles and challenges, which objected to the strategic access to the objectives set for it."
She added that "the financial allocations was one of the most important obstacles for Strategic and Afshltha implementation, as well as a lack of will and increase preparation Nazhieddin financial and administrative corruption and failure to respond to a lot of provincial councils with the objectives of the strategic plans and the weakness of the technical staff on the Application of the strategy in the provinces in addition to the drop in oil prices as well as the emergence of events Daash in mid-2014. "
The Ministry of Planning has developed with the concerned authorities of the Strategic Plan for Poverty Reduction, which was supposed to have a lower poverty rate to less than 12% during the year 2016.anthy / 25 R.
