He said the reopening of educational institutions is coordination between the various authorities, including the management of both bodies and of Qaimmqamah Khanaqin, indicating that the breeding Diyala will equip these institutions with the provision ofvarious supplies and educational teaching staffs in order to revive the educational process in the liberated areas and greeted students returning
