Twilight News Iraqi Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi / said on Tuesday that Iraq has yet to reach full share the oil market, which may indicate that Baghdad would prefer not to curb production of crude in the framework of any agreement reached by the OPEC to raise prices.
Ebadi said at a news conference in Baghdad in response to a question whether the government welcomes such an agreement, "Iraq is still below what it should be produced."
Iraq has long demanded Basttnaih of quotas in OPEC to compensate for the long years of stalemate produced as a result of the blockade imposed on the country.
