    The head of the Health and Environment Committee in the Baghdad Provincial Council buxom Ali Hassoun ,said the local government is trying to accomplish building hospitals in the capital , which stalled due to thefinancial crisis. Hassoun In an interview with the "direction Press" made ​​it clear that the provincial council strives to accomplish the mission hospital projects in Baghdad, which work which stopped due to lack offinancial allocations because of going through the country from the economic crisis, indicating that there areefforts to complete its work by payment on credit or the presentation of projects to investors. she added: local government is serious about moving to the completion of these projects because it is of extreme importance and serve the citizen Baghdadi dramatically. She drew Hassoun that the Ministry of Health has its own investment projects and is trying to complete the project in a manner of payment on credit , which in turn causes problems to the central government and needs to be given to him.



    The Baghdad Provincial Council revealed in 31/07/2016, suspended for projects ranging from the percentage ofcompletion of less than 50% and the liquidation of all the belongings of those projects, based on the directives of the Council of Ministers in this regard. Council member Falah Algerian in an interview for "direction Press" He explained that the projects that go beyond the completion rate in which more than 50% will be covered by the state to pay all dues on the addition to the formation of committees accomplish that process, indicating that this matter will collide with a lack of financial allocations due to the fact that the operating and investment budget "budget poor" can not meet the needs of projects . He added that the solutions put forward to deal with the situation were not mature or well thought out well and did not touch them anything positive, pointing to the existence of suffering on important projects , including four stops major hospitals and treatment plants for theDepartment of sewer lines and head of tanker line Khansa Western line.
