Alsumaria News / Baghdad
announced that the Legal Committee member of the parliamentary Ibtisam al- Hilali , Sunday, the existence of a moot point in a project of the Federal Court Act , while confirming the presence of a majority of parliamentary to pass the bill in the House.

She said Hilali in an interview with Alsumaria's News, " The Federal Court Act important laws and completed the debate on it in the parliamentary legal , "adding that" the Commission submitted a draft law for the presidency of the House of Representatives for a vote in one of the sessions. "

She drew Hilali, "there is a moot point Council on the law , a claim the Kurdistan coalition to be a decision taken by the Court unanimously that," she said , "the presence of a majority of parliamentary to pass a law of the National Alliance and the Union of National Forces."

The judiciary decided on Sunday to appeal to the House of Representatives speed up the enactment of the Federal Court Act, the Supreme Judicial Council and the Law of public Prosecutions.
