Economic Adviser to the Prime Minister revealed the appearance of Mohammed Saleh, on Wednesday, on the government's intention to transform the international military coalition to civilians after the end of the fighting against al "Daesh" criminal, pointing to the existence of a "comprehensive plan" in three stages for the reconstruction of liberated areas.
