[ltr]Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The spokesperson of the Kurdistani Alliance, Mu’ayed al-Tayib confirmed that the visit of Kurdistan President, Masoud Barzani to Baghdad will not resolve the problems between the center and the Region, noting “Settling the disputes needs Political consensus.”[/ltr]

[ltr]Tayib stated to IraqiNews.com “Part of these disputes are related to the executive authority while the other part are correlated with the legislative authority such as the Oil & Gas law, assuring settling the disputes needs political consensus at the parliament.” [/ltr]

[ltr]“The disputes cannon be settled through Barzani’s visit to Baghdad or the Premier, Nouri al-Maliki’s visit to Erbil,” he added. [/ltr]

[ltr]“We are optimistic towards the results of the recent progress that happened in the relations between the Region and the center,” Tayib stressed.[/ltr]
