Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi on Tuesday morning held a regular and early meeting of the Council of Ministers.
The meeting will usually take place on Tuesday afternoon, but it is likely to be held early today for the prime minister's determination to lead the Iraqi delegation to the Arab summit being prepared in the Dead Sea area of Jordan and to meet as many Arab leaders and leaders as possible.
