    For his part, President of the Council announced the proposal were the second amendment to the law of the Independent Electoral Commission Law No. (11) for the year 2007 at a future meeting for the purpose of voting on it in principle.
    The Board completed the reading and discussion of the draft report of the First Amendment to the decision of the Revolutionary Command Council Act (dissolved) No. (223) for the year 1980 , submitted by the financial and legal committees.
    It followed the Commission on Human Rights report on quarterly activity in which it indicated its role in the follow - up to the Iraqi human rights violations and to monitor and follow up the affairs of prisoners and detainees.
