The House of Representatives votes with conviction of the answers of the Minister of Health and keeping her in office
BAGHDAD, April 11 (UPI) - The Council voted in its meeting today, with a conviction in the answers to the questioning of the Minister of Health and Environment, Adila Hammoud, and keeping her in office.
The Information Service of the Iraqi Council of Representatives announced, on Tuesday, that the Council holds its twenty-fourth session to discuss the laws and proposals listed on its agenda.
She pointed out in a statement that the meeting includes "voting on the subject of conviction or the lack of conviction of the House of Representatives answers to the Minister of Health and vote on the exemption of the President of the Media and Communications Commission. And discuss the initiative of parliamentarians for community peace in Nineveh in addition to voting in principle on the draft law canceling the decision of the Revolutionary Command Council (The Committee of Health and Environment, the Legal Committee), "adding that the session also includes" the vote on the draft amendment to the first law of general amnesty No. (27) for the year 2017. (Legal Committee). (5 articles) and the first reading of the proposal to amend the law of the High Commission for Human Rights No. (53) for the year 2008. (Commission on Human Rights, the Legal Committee). (One article) in addition to the first reading of the proposed law of the first amendment to the Law of Martyrs Foundation No. (2) for the year 2016. (Committee of Martyrs, Victims and Political Prisoners, Finance Committee, Legal Committee). (6 articles).
