The arrival of the first submarine Egyptian Made in Germany to Alexandria

It arrived, Alexandria to the Egyptian submarine " S 41 ", from 209/1400 Project Mod which were manufactured in Germany.
The newspaper " Bmpd " had reported earlier that Germany and Egypt signed in 2011, the construction of the submarines agreement within the project 209/1400 the Mod , then the application of the Convention was postponed because of political events in Egypt.
In 2014, it signed an agreement to build two other submarines, within the same project, noting that the construction of the four submarines are in the German city of Kiel.
In 2016 it has appeared on leaks in talks between Egypt and Germany to build 2-4 other submarines.
Take down the submarine was " S41 " to the water in Kiel, on December 10, 2015. The delivered to Egypt ran on December 12 , 2016 is planned for the second submarine "delivery S42 " to Egypt by the end of this year.
The submarine " S41 " supplied with torpedoes DM2A4 / 4 SeaHake by mod , 533 mm caliber manufactured in the company Atlas Elektronik German, as well as missiles , Boeing UGM-84 Harpoon Block II Alomrakih.anthy / 25 m
