President of the Foundation Range for Media, Culture and Arts Fakhri Karim , met in Baghdad on Thursday, the Russian ambassador to Iraq Maxim Maximov. It was in the meeting , they discussed the general situation in Iraq and the great developments and progress in terms of the war against the Liberation Daesh city of Mosul, and the issue of the urgent reforms needed by the Iraqi state.
The meeting also discussed the relations between the two countries and the prospects for their development in various fields, and support that Iraq needs for reconstruction after the elimination Daesh.
The meeting discussed the results of the Third International Conference (Journalists Islamic states against extremism) which was attended by Karim at the invitation of a group (strategic vision: Russia and the Islamic world) , founded by political journalist and Russian late Yevgeny Primakov, held in the Russian capital Moscow late last month. Participated in the meeting , the political counselor at the embassy , Vladimir Khatoncev.
