    The Housing Fund of the Ministry of Construction and Housing, on Tuesday, continued its distribution of loans for the construction of houses, noting that the loans for the purchase of housing units have been implemented.

    "The fund continues to distribute construction loans amounting to 35 million as a loan to build a housing unit in Baghdad and 30 million dinars in the provinces," said general manager Bahaauddin Mustafa in a statement.

    He added that "the terms of loans is to be the area of ​​100 square meters of the piece and be independent of the Department of real estate as well as the guarantee of an employee whose nominal salary is twice the amount of monthly repayment of the loan."

    Mustafa said that "the fund ended the borrowing of (50 million), which was part of the initiative of the government (850) billion dinars to support housing in Iraq, which includes the distribution of loans for the purchase of residential units investment."
