The Housing Fund announced, on Wednesday, the mechanism for granting loans to the provinces, while noting that granting loans depends on two factors.
The Director General of the Housing Fund, Diaa Mujd Abdullah, said, according to the official agency, that "the funds of the fund were distributed among the governorates according to the population census and the poverty line percentage provided by the Ministry of Planning," pointing out that "dependence on the sponsorship of the national employee his salary as he who sponsors himself." .
He added that "when the sums come to the fund, each governorate is calculated and its need for the amount is divided over a period of 3 or 4 months," stressing that "the share of each governorate is launched monthly. There are governorates whose share is depleted during the first day or within an hour, and this depends on the size of the loan application." ".
He continued, "In the event that the governorate’s monthly quota ends, the electronic account will be closed," noting that "there are 5 governorates, namely Muthanna, Anbar, Salah al-Din, Kirkuk and Nineveh, and their monthly quotas have not yet expired due to the little presentation."
Abdullah confirmed that "until now, no new decisions have been received from the Higher Population Committee regarding increasing the amount of the loan," noting that "the fund started since the first of last February to launch loans." Ended 29 / A 43
