    Haidar Kazem al-Baghdadi
In front of Iraq, a large tour of the work that requires great efforts to double the completion of the stages of the cross-cutting between sectors, including productivity and service in order to restore life to the joints of the national economy, which Iarb decades ago and the reasons become known to everyone.
The journey of economic construction is not limited to a specific field or a specific city without another. The reality of the situation indicates the need of all cities and towns of Iraq to service projects that represent the necessities of the continuation of life, especially in the infrastructure that has gone beyond its useful life. Opportunities that need real investment to be a true supporter of the economy of the country, which brings welfare to the people of society and preserves the rights of
    future generations .
In spite of the need for projects in all cities, the biggest task facing us now is the reconstruction of the liberated areas, which are priority because others, because large numbers of our displaced people suffer from various kinds of pressure, which necessitates working to give these areas priority.
In front of the large work volume there are significant financial allocations for these areas, including international grants for important projects carried out in these areas require mechanisms of accurate disbursement and qualitative implementation in accordance with the controls to reflect the positive image of this stage, which we must be committed to all working vocabulary.
Here, there must be a prominent role for the Iraqi banking sector, both private and public, and led by the Central Bank of Iraq to develop exchange mechanisms in cooperation with the concerned authorities, as it requires the formation of specialized committees of all parties follow the work process and allow disbursement according to the real and qualitative implementation rates, and thus we are safe from The paths of money are heading in the
    right direction .
Centralism has a great task in classifying the efforts of banks wishing to support the liberalization process as well as the amounts of grants that Iraq is getting to rebuild the liberated cities, and to prove to the world that Iraq has the capabilities and expertise that keep the money and spend it in a way that benefits the national economy, especially that we have a promising economy ahead of Adopting advanced technology in building its financial sector, which is the main development pillar.
The next stage requires banks to play an active role in supporting the investment process, activating the labor market and activating the capital cycle to help move all sectors. This trend will activate the contribution to increase the local product instead of relying on the international market and the steady increase of the
    economy and the economy.
