A member of the Baghdad Economic Forum Amer Jawahery to work to create an ideal work environment and investment coincides with actual programs for the development of human resources and that there is a careful choice of plans that will promote all sectors of production and service.
He pointed out the importance of supporting the spirit of initiative and creative creativity in general among young people who represent the labor force in Iraq in order to raise production capacity and accomplish business in various sectors in line with the goal of achieving sustainable economic development.
He urged the need to strengthen the human resources that carry out various activities and enable them to specialize in creating creativity at all levels of employment to make them more active and effective in the gross domestic product and change the image painted on the Iraqi employee.
Al-Jawahiri pointed out the need for standards and a reform team that can identify and select the appropriate specialists for the tasks to achieve the basic goals sought by the country, pointing out the importance of caring for the human factor by focusing on the spirit of morale and belonging to the country.
