    And the spokesman for the ministry said the hours of processing in Baghdad and the provinces ranged between (22 24) hours during these days, where they are equipped with eight provinces with 24 hours of electricity are the Kirkuk, Babil, Najaf, Karbala, Maysan and Dhi Qar, Muthanna, along with an exception towns of Kadhimiya holy Adhamiya programmed pieces.
