US President Donald Trump said that Russia could contribute a great deal to solving many of the global crises, stressing the importance of establishing good relations between Moscow and Washington.

Trump stressed the need to improve relations with Russia to solve international problems: "When do all these hooligans and idiots understand that having good relations with Russia is good and not bad! ... I want solutions in North Korea, Syria and Ukraine and (eliminate) terrorism. Help a lot in it! "

Trump said earlier that if he had good relations with Vladimir Putin, it would be great for both countries and would remove many of the world's risks.
Trump also stressed that the US-Russian agreement on Syria would save a large number of lives.
The Russian and US leaders held a number of brief meetings on the sidelines of the APEC summit held in the Danang district of Vietnam on November 10-11.
