    The Federal Supreme Court on Wednesday appealed to the Diwaniyah Provincial Council to implement a decision by the House of Representatives to return the plaintiff to the provincial council.
    "The Federal Supreme Court considered a lawsuit filed by a member of the Diwaniyah Provincial Council against the President of the Governorate Council in addition to his duties by obliging him to implement the decision of the House of Representatives issued in its session numbered (40) on 13/5," Ayas al-Samuk, / 2017 by returning him to the provincial council.
    "The prosecutor claimed that the provincial council did not comply with the decision of the House of Representatives," noting that "the court dismissed the case after it emerged that it out of its competence to oblige the relevant parties to implement the decisions of the House of Representatives as the implementation of the provisions and decisions of the competent authorities." Ending / 25
