And the official Iraqi News Agency (INA) stated in news that "the Federal Court decided to rule the unconstitutionality of the oil and gas law in the Kurdistan Regional Government."
And she added, "The court decided to oblige the Kurdistan region to hand over oil to the federal government."
It is noteworthy that the Federal Court held, earlier today, a hearing of the case (59 federal) regarding the export of oil in the region outside the approval of the federal government. finished/25[/size]
