    President of the United States Donald Trump, Leader North Korea, Kim Jong-un, as a "sick puppy", while Washington called the world's countries to boycott Pyongyang, and demanded that China stop its crude oil exports.
    Trump said in a speech on tax reform in Missouri, the tax reform plan as a "rocket fuel" for the US economy, and then changed his speech suddenly, to talk about the leader of North Korea, "the man of small missiles," as he called earlier, and then described as "A sick puppy". 
    The UN Security Council on Wednesday night discussed the initiative of the United States and JapanSouth Korea in an emergency meeting, the issue of Pyongyang's launch of a ballistic missile at dawn on Wednesday.
    The Japanese army and the South Korean Army had recorded at dawn on Wednesday, the DPRK launched a ballistic missile landed 210 kilometers from the coast of Japan.
    South Korea's armed forces chief said North Korea's missile had reached a height of 4.5 thousand km and a distance of 960 km.
    North Korea, after unveiling the success of the test, said it now has a means to transfer nuclear warheads to any point in the United States. 
    Nicky Hailey, the permanent representative of the United States to the United Nations, said her country calls on all countries in the world to boycott North Korea, including stopping trade with it and banning the reception of North Korean workers.
    "We urge all countries to sever their relations with the DPRK as well as to implement all UN sanctions against them," Hailey said.
    "This applies to all areas of cooperation with this country, including trade," she said. "It is necessary to stop imports and exports with them and to expel all North Korean workers," she said.
    According to her, the US president called in a telephone conversation with his Chinese counterpart, Xi Jinping,The People's Republic of China to stop the supply of crude oil to North Korea.
