    The Parliamentary Committee for Regions and Governorates suggested on Sunday that the House of Representatives should return the draft budget law to the government to reconsider its terms related to the governorate quotas.
    A member of the Committee Ahmad al-Badri said in a statement to / information /, "The House of Representatives will return the draft budget law to the government because of the opposition of all political blocs on the proportions of provinces."
    Al-Badri added that "the Union of Forces objected to the reconstruction of the liberated areas while the Kurdistan Alliance opposed the share of the Kurdistan region and its provinces while the National Alliance is opposed to reducing petrodollars to the oil-producing provinces, which means the impossibility of passing the budget."
     He added that "the best option to return the draft to the government to re-wording of its provisions and the introduction of all parliamentary proposals to ensure the passage of the budget and otherwise can not resolve the crisis easily." Ending / 25 d
