Revealed the leadership of the coalition of state law Jassim Mohammed Jaafar, the date of resolving the file of border crossings in the Kurdistan region and the return of the Peshmerga to the Blue Line, while confirmed the existence of "actual movements" on the ground to resolve these files as "the fastest time."

Jaafar said that "the military committee formed between Baghdad and Erbil reached an agreement, but the former head of the Kurdistan region Massoud Barzani rejected, and gave instructions to the Peshmerga forces to confront any military force," they returned that "a clear rebellion against the Iraqi state and its forces."

The leader of the coalition of state law, said that "the federal government patiently over the past period, and instead of finding a solution to the Kurds, they began to internationalize the crisis, and wanted to introduce the main Frenchman Emmanuel Macaron," pointing out that they move on "another country."

Jassim Mohammed Jaafar said that "Prime Minister Haider Abadi will resolve the file of border crossings and the return of Peshmerga forces to the Blue Line, which was agreed in 2003, before the end of the current year."

Jaafar, who is close to Abadi, said that "there are actual movements on the ground in this regard, and has reached advanced stages to resolve those files," stressing that "will be implemented very soon."

On November 6, 2017, Kurdistan Regional Government President Nigervan Barzani confirmed that his government had not signed any agreement with Baghdad to hand over border crossings and ports, pointing out that the talks were "oral".

He Barzani, told a news conference in Arbil, "the readiness of the provincial government to hand over the file of oil revenues to the federal government provided that it paid 17% of the budget of the region."

Barzani called for "the rights of the Kurdistan region in accordance with the paragraphs of the Iraqi constitution," noting that "there are countries calling for resolving the differences between Baghdad and Erbil within the framework of that Constitution voted by the Iraqis."

He pointed out that "no military agreement was signed between Baghdad and Erbil, these matters were discussed orally ... are ready to inform Baghdad of the salaries of the staff of the region, ready to agree."

He pointed out that "Baghdad's position is not clear from the dialogue with the region," adding that "Abadi must be prime minister of Iraq federal rather than party."

He expressed "the readiness of the provincial government, to agree with Baghdad to resolve all points of contention."
