Labor obliges domestic and foreign companies to operate 50 percent of national labor

He also denied that the ministry is concerned with granting approvals and licenses for the recruitment of workers, but does not exceed 50 percent of the volume of employment in any project. He stressed that the ministry will take legal action against any office for the recruitment of foreign workers. That the increasing unemployment in the country, is a problem of society due to the lack of employment opportunities, and therefore the solution will be a solidarity between state institutions and civil society institutions. He pointed out that the state is seeking to activate the strategy of developing the private sector because its general public has become a sector is relaxed, can not absorb the unemployment or increasing labor forces, adding that the ministry contributes within its available possibilities to address this problem by providing salaries of social protection for vulnerable groups and giving courses in All scientific and professional fields to the job seekers, in order to teach them how to manage their future projects and then grant them loans ranging between (5 - 25) million dinars in order to help them to create small income-generating projects. He pointed out that the vocational training centers of the ministry receive job seekers of both sexes in professional and educational courses for ages (15 - 50) years, noting that the professional courses include air conditioning and cooling, car repair and lathe, electrical installations, mobile maintenance, In addition to health establishments and household appliances, affirming the eligibility of any citizen wishing to develop his skills in order to register on one of these courses and duration of two months to three months and according to competence.
