How Saudi Arabia justified insulting a Kuwaiti minister!

Saudi Arabia's Foreign Ministry said that the head of the General Authority for Sports, Turki Al-Sheikh, had no political status, in the first official comment from the kingdom on the controversy that followed a sharp criticism by Al-Sheikh to a Kuwaiti minister.
