    [rtl]The parliamentary foreign relations committee confirmed that the concerned parties in the Iraqi state and the House of Representatives did not accomplish anything in the file to recover Iraqi money smuggled abroad .[/rtl]
     
    [rtl]The committee member Hilal al-Sahlani said in a press statement that "the trend of Press" that the House of Representatives discussed this file last year in the presence of the parties involved in the file of the recovery of Iraqi funds, including the Ministries of Foreign Affairs and Interior and the intelligence service and the Bureau of Financial Supervision and the Central Bank and the Integrity Commission, where we heard the reports of those bodies But we did not come up with anything new . "[/rtl]
     
    [rtl]He added that "during the discussions, we found that the smuggled money is still as it is, except for a small percentage of it was returned to Iraq," noting that "there is a defect and a lack of clear and obstruction by  some quarters, as well as legal obstacles caused by countries that want to take the money for the longest Possible duration ".[/rtl]
     
    [rtl]He added that "the recovery of money smuggled is one of the serious files that wasted public money, but the concerned authorities in the Iraqi state, which is about   7 institutions as well as the House of Representatives, did not accomplish anything in that file in general . "[/rtl]
