    He pointed out that "the new list, which included more than 4000 people were issued in accordance with the law of the House of Representatives, which was prepared by the Council of Ministers, and was approved in accordance with constitutional contexts."
     
    He explained that the role of the body "was limited to the conformity of people with the standards set by the law, it did not choose an individual and his preference for others."
     
    "The only mistake that happened is that one or more people came in a list called a duo and a title, and repeated in another list in the name of a quadrant, and this is something that can be avoided," he said.
     
    He explained that "the timing of the declaration of names is not linked to the proximity of the parliamentary elections, because it came in accordance with the time specified by the law issued by the House of Representatives participated in drafting the objectors now."
     
    Bakoua spoke of "two ways for the victim of the law to challenge," noting that "the first administrative is to resort to a committee will be formed in the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers to consider the objection within a specified period of time."

    Al-Suhail said that "the accountability committee has delayed the announcement of the names for a month, as the law provided for a time limit for this process, but the delay occurred as a result of checks obtained so as not to occur violations as in the past."

    On March 5, 2018, the Justice and Accountability Commission issued two lists, one of which included the confiscation of movable and immovable property for 52 members of the former regime and the second seizure of property belonging to 4257 officials during that era.
