Law

Seizure and confiscation of movable and immovable property belonging to the staff of the former regime

Article 1 confiscate the movable and immovable and recorded its ownership of the Ministry of Finance for each of:

Khamis Sirhan al-Mahmoud) and ruling over the position of my party or official illegally and a final court judgment for each of their wives and their children and their relatives to the second degree and their agents who have registered their names that money.

Article 2

Article 3

Article 4

Article-5

Holds the Supreme National Commission for Accountability and Justice to prepare detailed lists within (90) ninety days from the date of entry into force of this law include the names covered by articles (1 and 3) of this law above those lists and communicated to the ministries and departments not related to the Ministry.

Article-6

Repealed Governing Council Resolution No. 76 28/10/2003 and 88 04.11.2003.

Article-7

The Council of Ministers shall issue instructions to facilitate the implementation of the provisions of this law.

Article 8

This law is implemented from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.

Reasons
