Ratification of the Registration of Births and Deaths Law
17/4/2018 12:00 am [rtl]Baghdad / Al-Sabah The Council of Ministers approved the draft law on the registration of births and deaths, which was verified by the Council of State and referred to the House of Representatives. In a statement received by Al-Sabah, a copy of which was received by the Council of Ministers, the Secretariat of the Council said that "the Council of Ministers has ratified the draft law on the registration of births and deaths, which was examined by the Council of State." He referred the draft law to the House of Representatives, (I / 80 / II) of the Constitution. She added that «the reasons for the law comes to simplify procedures and facilitate the completion of transactions and reduce the burden on citizens when they review birth registration offices and deaths inside and outside the country and address all issues and problems of registration».[/rtl] [rtl][You must be registered and logged in to see this link.][/rtl] |
