[ltr]The cabinet decided on Monday to refer the draft law on the registration of births and deaths to parliament.[/ltr]
[ltr]"The Council of Ministers approved the draft law on the registration of births and deaths, which was verified by the Council of State," the council secretariat said in a statement received by Mawazine News.[/ltr]
[ltr]The Secretariat added that "it was decided to refer the draft law to the House of Representatives, based on the provisions of Articles (61 / I and 80 / II) of the Constitution."[/ltr]
[ltr]She explained that "the reasons are positive that the law comes to simplify the procedures and facilitate the completion of transactions and reduce the burden on citizens when they review the offices of birth registration and deaths inside and outside the country and address all issues and problems of registration."[/ltr]
