President of the victory coalition, Dr. Haider Abadi, said during his speech in Kirkuk: "Today we among our people in Kirkuk dear city coexistence, unity and victory."

He continued: "Kirkuk should remain a model of cooperation and peaceful coexistence between brothers in the homeland and humanity, and the failure of the Peshmerga response to the call to fight Iraqi security forces is a clear example of this coexistence."

"The citizens of Kirkuk are the ones who determine their identity, and Kirkuk in protecting its people Arabs, Kurds, Turkmen, Muslims and Christians."

"The Iraqi constitution is the guarantor of the rights of all, and Kirkuk is an Iraqi city and its oil and good for all Iraqis, and our duty to protect the national wealth and harness it to serve all Iraqis and distribute them fairly."

The leader of the victory coalition praised the "historic Sistani fatwa and the great victory achieved as a result of the unity of our people ... and the blood of the Iraqis who were mixed up in the defense of their homeland, including the sons of Kirkuk who fought for the martyrs and sacrificed."

Speaking about the fight against corruption in the next phase, Abadi pointed to "a plan to go money to the Iraqi people and not to the corrupt, and this is the second victory, which needs to unite all, and then we will be in front of a second miracle."

The president of the victory coalition promised to turn Iraq into a workshop in the next phase, especially after the world's confidence in it.
