Integrity reveals the arrest of the director of Anbar health accounts runaway at Erbil airportAl-Nour News / Baghdad
Revealed the Integrity Commission, the arrest of the director of accounts Anbar Health Department required to eliminate the provisions of Article 315 at Erbil airport.
"The Integrity Commission was able, with the help of the law enforcement agencies, to arrest the defendant Majid Muhuhar Abdullah, who was formerly the director of Anbar Health Accounts," the statement said. "The investigations and follow-up carried out during the last period Which resulted in the arrest of the accused while trying to escape outside Iraq through Erbil International Airport. "
He pointed out that "the accused is wanted for the judiciary on the basis of the provisions of Article 315," explaining that "previously carried out seizures resulted in the detection of cases of embezzlement and excess of public funds in Anbar Health Directorate accused by the former account manager and a number of employees of the accounts of the Directorate."
At the end of last September, the Integrity Commission issued an arrest warrant against the former director of Anbar Health Accounts (Majid Muzuhar Abdullah) after he managed to escape from one of the prisons in the province, where he was placed. This came after the execution of a warrant issued by the judicial authorities, The Commission is appointed by the law enforcement agencies and with the participation of the staff of the Office of the Commission's investigation in the governorate.
