    Announced the registration of companies in the Ministry of Commerce Department on Tuesday, recording 149 national companies and 16 foreign companies during the month of March, revealing a documented 123 registered company and the study of the final accounts for 2539 the company's number during that period for national companies, confirming referral of 401 company to the Investigating Judge for violating the guidelines and instructions.
    According to Director General of Ferial Akram Abdullah, the department said in a statement received by the agency of our economy News, a copy of which, "The Angels department completed the establishment of 149 national company transactions during the month of March," noting that "the department issued several resolutions concerning the amendment of contracts for companies, distributed between the head increase money and the integration of the accounts of the company and liquidation of the company accounts. "
    She said Abdullah, that "Angels department recorded 16 representative office of a foreign company and a subsidiary of foreign company, and documented 123 registered company, and referred 401 company to the Investigating Judge for violating the guidelines and instructions, during that period," noting that "the department examined the final accounts of national companies 2539 edition of a national company. "
    She drew the Director General of the Department, that "the department has combined the accounts of 48 companies, and increase the share capital of 28 companies, and the liquidation of accounts of 26 companies, adjusting held 69 joint-stock company and the study of the accounts of the offices and branches of foreign companies for 42 company," asserting that "the department has also ratification by the minutes of meetings Constituent companies, Ltd. 126 Minutes and guestrooms, as well as ratification by 50 minutes of special meetings of the General Authority for joint stock companies, as well as the ratification of the General Authority for individual companies limited number of decisions and the 1232 decision. "
