    Iraq plans to launch a reconstruction agency that will focus on projects such as a deep water port and a rail network, Iraqi President Barham Salih said on Thursday.

    Saleh told an international conference in Rome that Iraq was planning to work with foreign entities, including sovereign wealth funds, on infrastructure projects in an effort to rebuild the country after years of war.
