    MP Mohammed Al-Baldawi said on Sunday that former prime minister Haidar al-Abadi refused to increase the salaries of the popular crowd, despite the presence of financial allocations, indicating that Abadi tried to flirt with the American side to get the second mandate by fighting the crowd.
