Al-Baldawi: The problem of not appointing and attracting higher degree holders requires government intervention

A member of the Parliamentary Higher Education Committee, Mohammed Karim Al-Baldawi, said that solving the problem of not appointing and attracting high school graduates does not require a parliamentary decision or legislation of their own law, as much as it is a governmental intervention to develop a plan for their investment.
He added that the government can issue a number of decisions concerning the holders of higher degrees, to invest in Iraqi universities, government and civil, and to prevent teaching at the public university from working or lecturing in private universities.
He pointed out that many mega projects can be put on top certificates, especially with regard to their specialties, such as electricity, oil, health, environment and other engineering projects.
He stressed that the Ministry of Higher Education began deliberate steps to work to combat corruption within it, and make some changes that work, and eliminate the disadvantages that existed previously.
