A deputy submits a request to question al-Hakim for "foreign" violations

Faleh al-Hassan announced on Sunday that he had submitted an official request accompanied by a number of signatures of deputies to start questioning Foreign Minister Mohammad Ali al-Hakim, who attributed the interrogation to "violations" within the ministry.
Hassan said in a statement to Al-Maaloumah that "our monitoring and legislative work requires us to monitor and hold the ministers accountable, and therefore we have begun to submit a request to the presidency of the Council with a number of signatures.
He added that "based on Article (61) of the Iraqi Constitution (c) and Article (56) of the Rules of Procedure of the Iraqi Council of Representatives may be questioned the Minister of Foreign Affairs and for violating laws in force."
He stressed that all the formal and legal procedures of signatures submitted to the Presidency of the Council of Representatives, "pointing out that" there are a number of violations within the Ministry of Foreign Affairs must be held accountable by the Minister. " Ending / 25 h
