    The Office of the Inspector-General of the Ministry of Interior, on Monday, the delay of resolving the Directorate of the conditions of Baghdad Rusafa for 176 Board of Inquiry since 2013 and until now.

    "The investigation also revealed the failure of the managers of the legal people in the Directorate to not follow up the completion of the investigative councils despite the expiration of the time limits for a long time, as well as that a number of heads of investigative councils are outside the owners of the Directorate of Rusafa conditions either because of transport or retirement or escape, .
    He pointed   out that "the Office of the Civil Status Inspectorate submitted a report to the Inspector-General, including a recommendation to take legal action against the defaulters and causing the non-resolution of the Councils and causing the loss of the rights of citizens, and violation of controls and instructions."
