    Tomorrow's Press / Baghdad confirmed the Ministry of Transport, on Sunday that there is a tendency to re-run shipping line with the UAE to transport passengers and cargo varied between the two countries during the coming period, and as pointed out that the Arab Bridge Maritime is currently studying the operation of the line which serves as the two movements trade and tourism, indicated Almaana ready to deal with any company that wishes to organize cruises to and from Basra.

    The general director of the General Company for Ports of Iraq Omran Radi for "tomorrow's Press," "The Ministry of Transport has confirmed its intention to reactivate the shipping line between Basra and Dubai for the transportation of goods and passengers between the two countries across the Arabian Gulf."

    He added that "the cancellation of flights between the two countries was the result of stop companies specialized maritime transport for dealing with Iraqi ports due to lack of economic feasibility of the project and draws most of its passengers to travel through air transport," he said, adding that "the Arab Bridge Maritime, which was established in cooperation between the governments of Jordan, Egypt and Iraq in 1985 are currently studying run this shipping line which serves as the two movements trade and tourism between the two cities.
