He said in a statement today that Article 76 of the Constitution stipulates the following / the President asks the candidate of the parliamentary majority bloc to form a cabinet / and so we note that the intended largest bloc is a parliamentary bloc, and not electoral bloc or political bloc or any other block. He added that the parliamentary bloc means that consists of the Representatives in the House of Representatives and not outside or before the election or during the election or after the announcement of the election results because the term / parliamentary / contained in that article goes back to the House of Representatives of the Parliament members only.
