Tariq Harb expects a “new defeat” for the tire in the Federal Court regarding the “largest bloc”

Shafaq News/ Legal expert Tariq Harb expected on Tuesday that the Federal Court will reject the lawsuit filed by the two deputies of the coordination framework regarding the most numerous bloc.
Harb said in a statement received by Shafak News Agency; It is “with reference to the lawsuits submitted by the plaintiffs, some of whom are Representatives Aley Nassif Jassem, Atwan Sayed Hassan, and Abdul Amir Najm, which were set on 2/1/2022, that is, hours after writing this opinion, in which they requested the invalidity of the current Presidency of the House of Representatives elections and the acceptance of the parliamentary bloc. The most numerous presented by the coordination framework on that day, and we simply say that the outcome of the lawsuits and their fate will be the same as the fate of those who preceded them."
