Wisdom MP Hassan Hassan supported on Sunday the sending of a new election law indicating that there is an intention to hold early elections and if the law on provincial councils will provoke demonstrators because it violates the most prominent demands calling for the abolition of those councils.
He said in a statement to the information, that "the government sent a new draft proposal for the election law to parliament indicates the intention to hold early elections," noting that "it is not possible to discuss the new law proposal without referring to the demonstrators and taking their demands towards him."
He added that "if the proposal of the law on the elections of provincial councils we have to wait for new legislation on the position of those councils and on the contrary will provoke demonstrators because it violates the most prominent demands that call for the abolition of those councils."
