An informed source revealed, on Saturday, the names of some of the ministers of the government of Muhammad Tawfiq Allawi, according to preliminary leaks after the announcement of the latter near the formation of his cabinet.
The source said in an interview with "Digital Media NRT" today (15 February 2020), "Among the new candidates for ministerial portfolios in the formation of the interim government that Prime Minister-designate Mohamed Allawi intends to present to Parliament this week, Lieutenant General Abdel Wahab Al-Saadi for the Ministry of Interior bag, and the team, Juma Anad, for the Ministry of Defense bag. "
The source, who spoke on condition of anonymity, added, "Salam Semsem is a candidate for the Ministry of Higher Education bag, and Ali Al-Dahwi is a candidate for the Ministry of Communications bag."
Other sources indicated that there are dialogues about the nomination of Safiyya al-Suhail, or Salah al-Tamimi, to the Foreign Ministry portfolio.
