French government: the names of ministers of the new Iraqi government "a surprise"

The agency said "AFP" in a report published on Saturday that the distribution of ministerial portfolios in Iraq will be through quotas, noting that the quota will be according to political alliances and not based on component quotas.
"All parties are dealing with the same mentality. This or that party has seven or eight seats, it has deputies, and it has a ministry that will do everything it can to keep it because it considers it an electoral entitlement," the spokesman for the Fatah al-Asadi al-Asadi said.
"Asadi said that" the distribution of portfolios will be different this time, "pointing out that" the quota will be according to political alliances and not on the basis of quotas components, from Shiites,  Sunnis and Kurds. "
In the same context, "AFP", a senior official familiar with the movement of the formation of the government, saying, "It is impossible to put the political blocs candidates from outside for ministerial positions."
The official, who asked not to be named, that "the highest proportion of the names of ministers in the new government will be in a surprise, as happened in the three presidencies."
"The same official that" the blocks winning in the elections will provide four candidates for each ministry, the Prime Minister-designate of the person he deems appropriate. "
He pointed out that "the decision to nominate Abdul Mahdi came after the approval of the Supreme Shiite authority on him, although it does not meet the prerequisites confirmed by the same reference, especially with regard to not involve officials who had participated in power in previous years."
