Al-Iryani: Houthi missiles are evidence of arms flowing from Iran
On Friday, the Yemeni Minister of Information condemned the Houthi missile attacks that attempted to target Saudi lands, and which the Legislative Support Alliance in Yemen announced earlier today to counter.
He also considered that those missile attacks confirm the continued flow of [size=13]weapons from Iran to the coup militias in Yemen
and that the crime of missile targeting confirms the continued flow of Iranian weapons to the Houthi militia, and the militia pursued a military escalation approach since the killing of Soleimani and undermined all calm efforts, and its insistence to act as an Iranian tool to settle its accounts and implement Its disruptive agenda in the region and the threat to international peace and security
He said in a series of tweets on Twitter: "We strongly condemn and denounce the failed terrorist targeting crime carried out by the Houthi militia with a number of ballistic missiles for the territory of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which was threatening the lives of civilians and populated cities of all nationalities, including two million Yemeni expatriates in flagrant violation of international humanitarian law. ".
To that, he added: "The crime of missile targeting confirms the continued flow of Iranian weapons to the Houthi militia, and the militia has pursued a military escalation approach since the killing of the Quds Force Commander of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard, Qassem Soleimani, and undermining all calm efforts."
He also considered that the militias with these attacks demonstrate their determination to act as an Iranian tool to settle Tehran's accounts, implement its sabotage agenda in the region and threaten international peace and security.
This comes after the official spokesman for the forces of the Support of Legitimacy Forces in Yemen, Colonel Turki al-Maliki, announced, at dawn on Friday, the interception of ballistic missiles launched by the Houthi militias towards Saudi cities, saying that Sanaa had become a place to install, assemble and launch those missiles.
