    Head of the Bayraq Al-Khair bloc, MP Mohammed Al-Khaldi, confirmed on Monday that the political blocs entered into a dilemma with the announcement of Prime Minister-designate Muhammad Tawfiq Allawi to proceed with forming the government, stressing that the alternative will be more difficult.
