Al-Qaddo said in an interview with Alsumaria News that "any winning electoral list when trying to attract other lists in order to form the largest bloc will work to make concessions to those parties to ensure their accession to it," noting that "Sunni or Kurdish lists when accepting the alliance with a winning bloc, "It is reasonable to say that it is allied with it without having the privileges it seeks.
He added that "these compromises will negatively affect the electoral program of that bloc, which will also adversely affect the government program and weaken the government," noting that "we were previously talking about a consensus government or a majority of political but the current situation and the reluctance of the political blocs makes the achievement of the majority government Difficult to achieve. "

"The general situation makes us feel that any political bloc will not accept to go to the opposition within parliament and everyone is looking for concessions and ministerial positions."

The political scene witnessed a wide movement among the winning forces in the elections held on 12 May 2018 to form the largest bloc in preparation for its mandate to form the next government.
